AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE GENESIS PROJECT family wellness center IN CHARLOTTE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of twenty‑five thousand dollars ($25,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Genesis Project Family Wellness Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization, to complete renovations and to provide free or reduced services to the community.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
