AN ACT to appropriate funds for the camden county sheriff's office.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of one hundred eight thousand seven hundred eighty‑four dollars ($108,784) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to Camden County to be used by the Sheriff's Office for the purchase of the following three vehicles:

(1)        $41,319 – 2024 Ford Police Interceptor utility AWD.

(2)        $36,751 – 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe full‑size police‑rated utility 2WD.

(3)        $30,714 – 2024 Dodge Durango SXT AWD.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
