AN ACT appropriating funds for Tri‑County Airport at Henry Joyner Field.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation the sum of two million four hundred sixty‑five thousand nine hundred thirty dollars ($2,465,930) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to Tri‑County Airport at Henry Joyner Field for the following purposes:

(1)        Taxilane, Grading, Paving, Drainage       $1,050,000

(2)        6‑Unit T‑Hanger                                       $1,415,930

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
