AN ACT to appropriate funds for the north carolina arts council.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) in recurring funds for each fiscal year of the 2023‑2025 biennium to support the North Carolina Arts Council grants.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
