AN ACT to appropriate funds for the construction of a new chin page rtp regional lift station.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of twenty‑two million dollars ($22,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to provide a direct grant to Durham County for the construction of a new Chin Page RTP regional lift station, which will replace an obsolete lift station and old sewer mains.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
