AN ACT to appropriate funds for central carolina community college.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to be allocated to Central Carolina Community College for student programs and supports, capital improvement projects, and any other needs of that institution.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
