AN ACT to disapprove certain rules ADOPTED BY THE NORTH CAROLINA Department of Administration.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), the following rules, as adopted by the North Carolina Department of Administration on October 20, 2022, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on December 15, 2022, are disapproved:

01 NCAC 05A .0112 (Definitions)

01 NCAC 05E .0101 (Good Faith Efforts)

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
