AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of jonesville for the construction of the double bluff recreational park.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of three million four hundred thousand dollars ($3,400,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Jonesville for the construction of the Double Bluff Recreational Park, a regional park along the Yadkin River.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2023.
