HOUSE BILL 78
AN ACT to allow the Town of oak island to use proceeds from ANY on‑street parking in the same manner in which proceeds from off‑street parking facilities are used.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1.(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 160A‑301(a), a town may use the proceeds from any parking on public streets in the same manner in which proceeds from off‑street parking facilities are permitted under G.S. 160A‑301(b).
SECTION 1.(b) This act applies to the Town of Oak Island only.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
