SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 31

A JOINT RESOLUTION confirming NELS ROSELAND as state controller.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

SECTION 1.  Having given due consideration to the matter, the General Assembly confirms Nels Roseland to the Office of State Controller for a term expiring June 30, 2029.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 9th day of February, 2023.
