AN ACT to appropriate funds to the city of claremont for its wastewater TREATMENT improvement project.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Claremont the sum of six million ninety‑two thousand nine hundred dollars ($6,092,900) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to assist the City in completing its Wastewater Treatment Improvement Project.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
