House
AN ACT to provide matching funds to st. augustine's UNIVERSITY for a federal grant to preserve st. agnes hospital.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year the sum of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) in nonrecurring funds to be allocated to St. Augustine's University to provide matching dollars for a federal grant to study the feasibility of preserving St. Agnes Hospital.
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
