AN ACT to appropriate funds for the construction and operation of a workforce development center at durham tech community college.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for a capital improvement project to be allocated to Durham Technical Community College for the construction and operation of a workforce development center at the college.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
