H1131: Funds for Rutherfordton Streetscape. Latest Version

House
AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of rutherford to improve the streetscape.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Rutherfordton the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to improve the streetscape across from the Rutherford County Courthouse.
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
