AN ACT to appropriate funds to provide additional funding for the grassroots arts program.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) in recurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to provide additional funding for the Grassroots Arts Program.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
