AN ACT to appropriate funds to greene county to support the county's emergency operations center.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Greene County the sum of one hundred forty‑five thousand dollars ($145,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to support the County's Emergency Operations Center.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
