AN ACT to provide funds for the repair of the Glenwood Lake Dam in the city of greenville.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The sum of seven hundred fifty‑one thousand dollars ($751,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year is appropriated from the General Fund to Pitt County for repairs to the Glenwood Lake dam. This appropriation is contingent upon the County acquiring the dam and sufficient adjoining property to provide for public access to a portion of the shoreline of the Lake.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
