AN ACT to appropriate funds to the university of north carolina to construct an adolescent mental health facility on the campus at chapel hill.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill the sum of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to be used to construct a mental health facility with at least 100 beds to treat adolescent patients.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
