AN ACT to appropriate funds to durham county for a youth home.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Durham County the sum of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year for a youth home.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
