AN ACT to APPROPRIATE funds to durham county for improvements at the chin page pump station.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Durham County the sum of nineteen million dollars ($19,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year for improvements at the Chin Page Pump Station.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
