AN ACT TO Add lincoln county to the pilot program authorizing local governments to publish required notices electronically and to authorize lincoln county to publish legal notices via the county‑maintained website for a fee.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 2(b) of S.L. 2017‑210 reads as rewritten:

SECTION 2.(b)  This section applies to the Counties of Guilford County and Lincoln only.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective January 1, 2023.
