AN ACT to disapprove a rule of the wildlife resources Commission allowing hunting of Bears in certain areas previously managed as Bear sanctuaries.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), the following rule, as adopted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on February 24, 2022, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on May 19, 2022, is disapproved:

15A NCAC 10D .0106 (Designated Bear Management Areas).

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
