AN ACT appropriating funds to the town of stantonsburg for the purpose of making needed repairs and renovations to the town's town hall.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of eight hundred twelve thousand dollars ($812,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Stantonsburg for the purpose of making needed repairs and renovations to the Town's Town Hall, including remediating mold and bringing the structure into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
