AN ACT to appropriate funds to the city of winston‑salem to purchase a ladder truck for Fire Station 19.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Winston‑Salem the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to purchase a ladder truck for Fire Station 19 of the Winston‑Salem Fire Department.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
