AN ACT to appropriate funds for Roadside Beautification.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the unreserved balance in the General Fund to the Department of Transportation the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to be used for roadside beautification.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
