AN ACT to appropriate funds for the North Carolina Sports hall of fame.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources the nonrecurring sum of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year for renovations, equipment, and other needed improvements for the Museum of History North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame. Funds appropriated in this act do not revert but remain available for the purposes allowed in this act.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
