AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of pink hill for drainage improvements, waterflow management, and stormwater impact MITIGATION efforts.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Pink Hill the sum of eleven million five hundred thousand dollars ($11,500,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year for drainage improvements, waterflow management, and stormwater impact mitigation efforts.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
