AN ACT to appropriate funds for Wastewater SYStem capital improvements for the CITY of Graham.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Graham the nonrecurring sum of seventy million dollars ($70,000,000) for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year. The city shall use these funds for upgrades to its wastewater treatment plant. Funds appropriated in this act do not revert but remain available to the city for the purposes allowed in this act.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
