HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 1020

 

 

A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF Regina smith adams TO THE BOARD OF REVIEW.

 

Whereas, the provisions of G.S. 96‑15.3(c) require appointments of the Governor to the Board of Review to be confirmed by the General Assembly by joint resolution; and

Whereas, the Governor has submitted to the General Assembly the name of his appointee to the Board of Review as the member representative of employees; Now, therefore,

 

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

 

SECTION 1.  The appointment of Regina Smith Adams of Durham County to membership on the Board of Review as the member representative of employees for a term that began March 31, 2022, and ending June 30, 2025, is confirmed.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 30th day of June, 2022.
