AN ACT to appropriate funds for the water access in the triangle regional partnership.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The sum of one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Sanford for the Water Access in the Triangle Regional Partnership.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
