AN ACT to provide funding for addiction services.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to be allocated as a directed grant to Southeastern Carolina Crossroads, Inc., for operating costs associated with the provision of services for individuals with substance use disorder.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
