A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING Elizabeth S. Biser as secretary of the Department of ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
SECTION 1. Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Elizabeth S. Biser as Secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption.
