SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 726

 

 

A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONFIRMATION of Dave Richard as director of the Division of health benefits, Department of health and Human Services.

 

Whereas, pursuant to G.S. 143B‑216.85, appointments by the Governor to serve as the Director of the Division of Health Benefits, Department of Health and Human Services, are subject to confirmation by the General Assembly by joint resolution; and

Whereas, the Governor wishes to appoint Dave Richard to serve as the Director of the Division of Health Benefits, Department of Health and Human Services; Now, therefore,

 

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

 

SECTION 1.  The appointment of Dave Richard to serve as the Director of the Division of Health Benefits, Department of Health and Human Services, beginning upon confirmation and expiring June 30, 2025, is confirmed.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 30th day of June, 2021.
