AN ACT to repeal the 2015 law relating to the protection of monuments and memorials.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Subsections (a) through (e) of Section 3 of S.L. 2015‑170 are repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
