A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING James Jim Weaver as the STATE CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER and Secretary of the department of Information technology.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
SECTION 1. Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms James Jim Weaver as the State Chief Information Officer and Secretary of the Department of Information Technology.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption.
