AN ACT to appropriate funds for the replacement facility for the club nova psychiatric rehabilitation center in carrboro.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Club Nova Community, Inc., a nonprofit organization, the sum of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to complete the construction cost of two million nine hundred thousand dollars ($2,900,000) to provide a replacement facility for the Club Nova Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, which has served individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the Carrboro community since 1987.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
