AN ACT to appropriate funds for the ongoing operation of the pitt county behavioral health treatment court.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Administrative Office of the Courts one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in nonrecurring funds for each year of the 2021‑2023 fiscal biennium to be provided as grants to Pitt County to be used to staff and operate the Pitt County Behavioral Health Treatment Court.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
