HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 603

 

 

A JOINT RESOLUTION inviting his excellency, governor Roy Cooper, to address a joint session of the House of representatives and senate.

 

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

 

SECTION 1.  The presiding officers of the respective houses invite His Excellency, Governor Roy Cooper, to address a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Hall of the House of Representatives at 7:00 P.M. on April 26, 2021.

SECTION 2.  The members of the Council of State, the Justices of the Supreme Court, and the judges of the Court of Appeals are invited to attend the joint session.

SECTION 3.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 22nd day of April, 2021.
