AN ACT to appropriate funds for the robeson county reentry program.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in recurring funds for each year of the 2021‑2023 fiscal biennium to be provided as a directed grant to Robeson County to staff and maintain the Robeson County Reentry Program.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
