AN ACT to repeal house bill 2 in its entirety by repealing article 81A of Chapter 143 of the general statutes.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Article 81A of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
