AN ACT to appropriate funds for the north carolina troopers association caisson unit.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety, State Highway Patrol Division, the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to assist the North Carolina Troopers Association Caisson Unit with the upkeep and maintenance of its facilities, vehicles, and teams of horses.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
