AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of louisburg for redevelopment of an existing warehouse that will support Main Street revitalization.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Louisburg a matching grant in the sum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year for the redevelopment of an existing warehouse that will support Main Street revitalization efforts resulting in positive economic impact to the Town and County.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
