AN ACT appropriating funds for the united states army airborne and special operations museum.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Airborne and Special Operations Museum Foundation, a nonprofit organization, the sum of three million dollars ($3,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year for operating expenses of the U.S. Army Airborne & Special Forces Museum in the City of Fayetteville.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
