AN ACT to appropriate funds for alamance community college for the purchase of laboratory equipment for the biotechnology center of excellence building.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of three million eight hundred forty‑six thousand five hundred fifty dollars ($3,846,550) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to be allocated to Alamance Community College to be used to purchase laboratory equipment for the community college's Biotechnology Center of Excellence Building.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
