S229: South Piedmont CC/Aseptic Training Facility. Latest Version
2021-2022
AN ACT to appropriate funds for the capital project for the south piedmont community college aseptic training center.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is transferred from the General Fund to the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund the sum of (i) four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year and (ii) four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year.
SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of (i) four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year and (ii) four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year for the Aseptic Training Center at South Piedmont Community College.
SECTION 3. This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
