AN ACT appropriating funds for emmanual health education, inc., a nonprofit corporation, to support the provision of prostate cancer educational outreach and screenings to historically underserved and at‑risk populations in north carolina.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to be allocated to Emmanual Health Education, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, to support the provision of prostate cancer educational outreach and screenings to historically underserved and at‑risk populations in North Carolina.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
