AN ACT appropriating funds to the town of bailey to make improvements to its sewer treatment system.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Bailey the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to help the Town make improvements to its sewer treatment system. These funds may be used for design, engineering, and the installation of sewer force and gravity mains and a pump station.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
