AN ACT to EXEMPT CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BOONE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. For so long as it is used for a public purpose, the following property shall be exempt from the Unified Development Ordinance of the Town of Boone as it exists on the effective date of this act and any subsequent amendments or reenactments: the property described in the INSTRUMENT OF COMBINATION recorded on May 23, 2022, as referenced in Book 2275, Page 413 in the Watauga County Register of Deeds.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
