AN ACT to appropriate funds for the wagram RECREATION center in scotland county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Scotland County the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to purchase an air conditioning unit for the Wagram Recreation Center's gymnasium.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
