AN ACT to appropriate funds to assist hoke county with construction of a new parks and recreation facility.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Hoke County the sum of three million dollars ($3,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to assist the county in constructing a new parks and recreation facility.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
